Metro Detroit Land Use

This book covers the evolution of land development, decline and revitalization in Detroit. Detroit has a rich history of rapid growth and industrial innovation which affected the way land was being used. Socio-economic factors lead to the decline of the city and blight that is seen today.

The design of the book pays homage to the crumbling houses that were built purely of wood and the post bind links directly to the industrial infrastructure that sprawls across the city.
